Booking.

Bookings open on 01 April 2024 for our public summer camp programs. 

No course place is registered with us until the course fee is paid.

**IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING BOOKINGS MADE IN ERROR**
If you make a mistake and book onto the wrong program please call or email and we will move you to the correct program (subject to availability).
Please do not re-book another program and ask for a refund of the first payment. In these cases, cancellation charges will still be applied to cover the transaction fees charged to us and our administration time as detailed below.

Cancellation Policy Dinghy & Keelboat Programs:

• All cancellations made by Nanaimo Yacht Club, for any reason - Course fee will be refunded in full. 
• Bookings cancelled by you -
• Cancellation due to ill health will be rescheduled to the next available camp/course date at no charge. If there is no camp/course available a credit will be issued for future camps/courses if cancellation is within 7 days of the start date.
• A fee of $50 plus transaction fees (detailed below) will be charged on ALL cancellations up to 14 days before the scheduled course start date.
• 50% of course/camp fee will be charged for cancellations between 7 and 14 days of start date.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp/course start date.
• Transaction fees are 4% plus $2
• All courses are subject to minimum enrolment numbers.
• Courses rescheduled within 14 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund if cancelled later.
• Sessions will be pulled within 14 days of the start date in the unlikely event we do not reach minimum numbers.
